A current live project. A plot of land belonging to an end-of-terrace house secured by an option agreement subject to planning. Once planning for a new 3-bedroom detached house is approved, the property title will be split and the land purchased. This project is done in a joint venture partnership with a timber frame building company. The works will encompass a whole new house: foundations, utilities connections, timber frame structure, roof, windows and doors, plumbing, heating, electrics, ASHP, driveway and landscaping.

A conversion of a former closed GP surgery into flats. The property with original planning granted for 3 flats + community area has been secured with an option agreement. An improved application for 5 flats has been granted under permitted development rights. Once planning approved, the project was sourced to another developer without actual purchase of the property by Silver Frog Properties.
